Hélène Hébrard began her musical studies as a child at the Maîtrise de Radio France and then at the Conservatoire Francis Poulenc de Paris, where she earned her diploma in lyrical art under the tutelage of Isabel Garcisanz. She further honed her skills with Malcolm Walker and Susan McCulloch and at the International Opera Studio of Zurich.

She won the French Melody Prize from the Professional Union of French Singing Masters and at the Autumn Symphonies of Mâcon.

During her career, she collaborated with the Orchestre de Radio France, Kurt Masur, Oleg Caetani, Charles Dutoit and the NHK Orchestra in Tokyo, Jeff Cohen, Maciej Pikulski, Julius Drake at Cheltenham and Aldeburgh, Michel Dalberto, Christopher Raebrun, Dominique de Williencourt, Paul Daniel and the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, Natalie Dessay, the Bad Kissingen Festival, Marthe Keller, René Falquet, Roberto Sawicki and the Lancy Orchestra, the Davos Festival, Jean-Christophe Spinosi, and the Ensemble Matheus

Esa-Pekka Salonen invited her to pay tribute to Stravinsky with the London Symphony Orchestra, broadcast live on the BBC.

Two CDs have been released: “Musique de Chambre et Mélodies” by Maurice Emmanuel, accompanied by Frédéric Angleraux and François Killian on Toccata Classics (Chamber music and songs), as well as “L’enfant et les sortilèges” with the Orchestre National de Lyon and Leonard Slatkin on Naxos (L’enfant et les sortilèges).

Her meeting with actor and director Alain Carré allowed her to connect singing with theater in the creations of “Who Killed Mozart?”, “Casanova, Libertine Seducer”, “Camille and Auguste”, and “La Clôture des merveilles” dedicated to Hildegard of Bingen and accompanied on piano by François-René Duchâble.

Inspired by the Belle Époque, she wrote a musical and theatrical creation titled “Rencontres,” accompanied on piano by Vincent Prezioso and Magali Lauron in a collection of French songs, melodies, and poetry.

With Jean-Pierre Althaus, she is preparing for a tour in Switzerland (La cantatrice mauve chez Molière) with Titta Carvelli on piano.
